Scrapping and journaling are how we choose make ourselves heard – our tools of self-expression. Feeling overwhelmed, and being unfairly self-critical are feelings we all face at some time, though for some of us, it can be an ongoing battle to quiet that very unhelpful inner voice that causes us to doubt and question our ourselves over and over.
Let "Silent Battles: Negative Thoughts" help you to quiet your mind and work through the self-doubt – working our problems out creatively, has to be one of the most cathartic things we can do for ourselves.
